Job Description:

DescriptionOfficeTeam is seeking Administrative Clerks in the Moline, Illinois area! We are partnering with a busy department within a financial institution who is seeking an Office Assistant/Administrative Clerk to help through multiple absences. This is also a growing busy department so while temporary at this time there could be potential for something more, you never know! This will be part-time, about 20 hours a week. Afternoon hours are preferred but would consider mornings for the right candidate.You will assist the department with the following:

  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Creating documents and reports for monthly meetings
  • Manage mailing list and send out holiday and other personalized greeting cards
  • Sort mail and other correspondence
  • Additional duties as assigned.This position will start early-April and last at least 10-12 weeks but the end date is flexible. If you are interested please send your most recent resume to to be considered immediately.RequirementsRequirements of this position include the following:
    • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
    • Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
    • 2+ years of experience in an office support capacity
    • Demonstrated knowledge of filing
    • Experience with customer service
    • Adeptness in scanning
    • Eagerness to take on any small internal administrative tasks
    • Complete tasks independently
