              • Manage, lead, and evaluate a comprehensive administrativesupport program that includes financial management, humanresources and procurement.
              • Draft and review all policy correspondence to assure accuratebudgetary, personnel, and administrative impact.
              • Participate in the development of both short and long-termstrategic planning for the organization.
              • Supervise a staff of administrative, clerical, and technicalpersonnel.Supervisory/Managerial duties includes serving as a first linesupervisor for the organization. This includes but is not limitedto: assigning work, setting priorities, and reviewing and evaluatingwork and performance of subordinates; approving leave; coaching anddeveloping employees; recommending corrective or disciplinaryactions; assisting in budget planning and projecting short-termneeds; managing projects within assigned resources; resolvingroutine problems that typically impact the objectives of theorganizational unit; and when required, coordinating with customersoutside the immediate organization.Travel RequiredOccasional travel - A minimum of one (1) week of travel in afull-time duty status will be required within 90-days of entry onduty to complete TSAs in residence New Hire Training. You will receive credit for all qualifyingexperience, including volunteer experience.Note: Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hourworkweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio,i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month ofexperience.
