(Onsite) Position Overview: The Mission Systems Multi-Domain
Assured Navigation and Timing Applications (MANTA) Systems/Hardware
department is looking for a highly motivated Integration/Systems
Engineer, with a passion for learning, to join the Field
Integration Analysis and Test team and focus on Platform System
Integration. The successful candidate will work with external
customers and leadership as well as internal systems, software and
hardware engineering development teams to integrate navigation
products for ground applications. Our solutions keep the warfighter
safe, connected and informed by providing accurate position,
navigation, and timing information in contested environments. You
will be working in a dynamic, results-oriented team environment
with engineers that share your passion for providing cutting edge

navigation abilities in challenged environments. What You Will Do:
Perform system-of-systems integration, troubleshooting and
validation testing Develop systems-related documentation Interface
and coordinate with internal systems, hardware, and software
product design teams Give end-user training and customer
presentations Perform off-site platform and client integration of
Collins-developed hardware including troubleshooting, root-cause
analysis and customer interaction/collaboration. Participate in and
eventually lead off-site field testing and demonstrations of
Collins-developed hardware often during alternate work shifts
Contribute to bid/proposal activities during new business pursuits
Be willing to travel 50% of the time. Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or
an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of
experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant
experience Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of
Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be
subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and
must meet eligibility requirements Qualifications We Prefer:

hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD -
165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired
