Position: Incident/NOC Manager Location: Moline, IL (Onsite role) Full Time Hire / Permanent Job Description: --- Expert level understanding on ITIL processes--- Hands on experience and ability to drive Incident Management Process effectively--- Should be able to drive MIM bridge completely and deliver proper / business specific updates to Customer stake holders . Ability to ask logical question during major incident to App / Infra and other relavant stakeholders & orchestrate the status of the progress made in MIM to the business stake holders. Knowledge to drive for RCA identification using problem management techniques.--- Categorize and prioritize the major incidents appropriately depending on the business impact assessment--- Ability to manage all activities performed from the NOC "Network Operations Center" and ensures the surveillance and monitoring of production applications, systems and databases.--- Should perform eye on the glass monitoring--- Ability to oversee actual NOC Incidents, ensuring quality customer service, service availability and timely resolution of customer impacting or production incidents.--- Additional responsibilities of the NOC include producing KPIs and status reports, managing the NOC toolset and addressing inquiries.--- Ensure the NOC Chats are maintained, ensures all teams follow the Incident Management process for every incident.--- Ability to work with customers, internal IT and infrastructure teams, third party data providers etc. throughout the service restoration process.--- Ensure all Major Incident Process guidelines are followed and all Service Level Guidelines are met during Major Incidents.--- Ability to review and approve Critical changes and drive change Management Lifecycle effectively--- Ability to do an effective Problem Management performing a deep dive Analysis using the ITSM tools--- Ability to initiate and drive the Critical Situation Process effectively--- Knowledge on any monitoring tool concepts would be an advantage.--- Excellent Communications Skills (Oral and written)--- Good attitude & Adapting to the situation and Project demands for multiple customers About Net2Source, Inc.
