ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Manager - Network Security for John
Deere World headquarters located in Moline or Chicago, IL , you
will.
- Experience delivering projects using an agile methodology and
development practices
- Experience working with APIs with multiple Integration tools &
patterns (Servicenow, Ansible, Python, etc.)
- Experience working with support teams located in different
physical locations including international locations
- Experience building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting
systems using a management console-based architecture.
- Understands key business objectives and strategy of the
product(s). Works with business owners to ensure that they are
engaged and supportive of direction.
- Maintains and refines product backlog.
- Ensures features definition, acceptance criteria, and stories
clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the team; works
with team to clarify as necessary.
- Understands and supports inter-team dependencies and
impediments and escalate issues when necessary.
- Accountable for determining release date, scope of release and
communication strategy. Monitors and communicates the key success
metrics of the product.
- Participates in team events (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint
planning, sprint review, sprint demos).Visa sponsorship is
available for this position.What Skills You Need
- 3-5 years of Enterprise data center, WAN, LAN or cloud
networking support
- Experience delivering projects using an agile methodology and
development practices
- Experience working with APIs with multiple Integration tools &
patterns (Servicenow, Ansible, Python, etc.)
- Experience working with support teams located in different
physical locations including international locations
- Experience building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting
systems using a management console-based architecture.
- Cisco Certifications a plus
- Strong understanding of technical terms, processes, and
practices of products within scope
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies/tools and
experience writing features and user storiesWhat Makes You Stand

- Experience using Lean Service Management practices used to
deliver infrastructure quality
- Experience with Deere and/or Industry Standard Security
Protocols (e.g. SSO, OAuth, SAML, CIMS, EUA, RBAC)
- Experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud tools and
technologies
- Experience using and managing virtual platforms (Cloudguard,
VSEC, etc)
- Working knowledge of PKI and cryptography
- Remote Access support or previous networking experience
- Previous work with proxy or DDOS systems
- Network or security certifications including CCNA, CCDP, CSIE,
or CISSPEducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent
related work experience in the following:
