Job Description:
This role requires an experienced nurse practicing independently
in a similar clinical setting.
Provides routine and complex patient care, utilizing the nursing
process and evidence-based practices.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, and educates patients and families.
Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care
accurately.
Assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and evaluates
outcomes.
Ensures patient safety, promotes quality care, and complies with
healthcare regulations.
Participates in unit operations, manages patient flow, and supports
staff training.
Requires BSN preferred, 1+ year experience, BLS, and RN
license.
Full-time position emphasizing leadership, critical thinking, and
adherence to standards.
