Who We’re Looking For - MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Board Certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) preferred – or a strong willingness to enroll in an accredited fellowship upon employment - Background or interest in integrative medicine strongly preferred - A growth mindset—openness to learning new models and approaches is key - Confident, collaborative leadership style—ready to manage auxiliary staff and work across disciplines Role Details - Location: In-person, Iowa City, Iowa - Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Full-time - Compensation: Competitive salary potential for equity for the right candidate, Productivity Bonus, Employer contributed benefits, 401k, plus PTO and CME allowance commensurate with the role.
