experience for an acute care assignment requiring active IL
licensure and BLS certification. Responsibilities Position is in an
acute care setting within the occupational therapy department
13-week contract 10-hour day shifts on Saturday and Sunday, plus an
additional 10-hour day on either Monday or Friday EMR system used
is Epic Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours No radius rule,
but local rates apply to candidates living within 50 miles of the
facility COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment
Requirements Active Occupational Therapist license in IL or proof
of application in progress (license required if applicable) Minimum
of 1 year recent Occupational Therapy experience Current BLS
certification required All licenses and certifications must be
active at the time of consideration Negative drug screen for all
