Job Description:
Hematology / Oncology Physician Opening in Moline, IL Join a
comprehensive cancer program with a cohesive care team and full
on-site oncology services. This position offers autonomy in
practice building, strong multidisciplinary collaboration, and
robust system resources. About the Opportunity -Up to $140,000
Incentive Package-Established team: (2) physicians, (2) APPs, (6)
clinical RNs, (3) CMAs-Cohesive, supportive group enabling autonomy
while you build your practice-Experienced clinical and non-clinical
staff including RN Navigators, Dietitian, Social Worker, Research
Nurse, and more-Comprehensive on-site services: Hem/Onc, Rad/Onc
clinics, and Infusion Center-Fully integrated EPIC EMR across
clinic and hospital operations Responsibilities -Collaborative
clinical environment with weekly tumor board participation-Clinic
participates in clinical research and trials-Large hospitalist team
provides inpatient support-Breast Health Center is NAPBC
accredited-Radiation oncology services include IMRT, IGRT, VMAT,
SBRT (well-established linear accelerator program)-EPIC EMR
(inpatient and ambulatory)-Prostate seed, genetic testing, breast
and lung programs-Community outreach involving education,
prevention, and detection services Qualifications -MD or DO-Board
Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology-Ability to
obtain unrestricted medical license in Illinois-Must maintain state
and federal prescribing authority-Eligible to work in the United
States (H1B cap-exempt)-J-1 waiver sponsorship available
