Responsibilities: Shift Length: 12 or 24 hr shifts Patient Volume:
Average 18 - 30 per 24hr shifts (7700 annual volume) Electronic
Medical Records (EMR): EPIC, Dictation is Fluency Trauma Level: IV
Qualifications/Requirements License: Wisconsin State License
required DEA/CSR: DEA Required Board Certification: FM with ER
experience or EM Boarded Life Supports: ATLS, ACLS, PALS and BLS.
Certifications must be in person and hands on via AHA. No online
classes will be accepted. Covid/Flu Vaccination: Current Flu Shot
or declination. No requirements for COVID currently. Compensation:
