Position Overview - Permanent, full?time role - Variable shifts based on department needs - Performs CT imaging procedures at a technical level - Works under radiologist direction - Ensures safe radiation practices and regulatory compliance - Utilizes EMR and imaging software systems Shift Details - Full?time schedule - Hours vary based on department needs - May include weekends, evenings, or holidays depending on coverage requirements Compensation & Incentives - Hourly rate: $33.85 – $44.30 (based on experience, skills, and internal equity) - Comprehensive benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Key Responsibilities - Perform high?quality CT exams and procedures following established protocols - Administer ionizing radiation safely and in accordance with ALARA guidelines - Ensure accurate patient positioning, image quality, and diagnostic readiness - Maintain timely, complete, and confidential documentation - Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to support patient care - Operate CT equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues - Provide compassionate, patient?centered service to patients and families - Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment - Support continuous quality improvement initiatives Requirements - Associate’s degree; graduate of a JRCERT?accredited Radiology program - ARRT certification - IEMA license - BLS CPR (American Heart Association) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications and EMR systems - Detail?oriented with strong problem?solving abilities Preferred Qualifications - Completion of a CT certification program - CT certification (ARRT?CT) Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for technologists seeking a stable, full?time position within a supportive imaging team.
