Job Description Job Description Where you'll be working: Location(s): Rockford, IL Setting: Clinic-based Population Served: Children 2 - 18 Years in Operation: 30 years What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked) Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCBAs Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Bonus structure: Up to $12,000 annually PTO: 10 days Health benefits: 5 sick days Paid Holidays: 8.5 days CEU support: In House CEUs, $250 monthly CEU reimbursement, 2 CEU days off annually Supervision/mentorship provided: New clinical excellence team Schedule flexibility / remote options: Up to 2 days per week If it’s listed here, it’s real. ?
