Registered Nurse (RN) | Endoscopy Location: Peoria, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,686 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Gastrointestinal Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 9H Days Hours per Shift: 9 hours (0700-1630) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Versatile, solid preoperative/Phase II recovery RN Good advanced airway management skills Proficient in IV skills Ability to manage 2-3 patients during recovery Description: The position requires an experienced RN to work in a gastrointestinal services unit. The average number of cases per day is approximately 20-30. Common procedures include EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, ERCP, stone management, and GI bleed management. Candidates should be proficient in post-anesthesia care, airway management, procedural sedation, and cardiac rhythm interpretation. The role involves charting using an electronic medical records system. The scheduling is based on department needs, with no weekends or call obligations. Scrubs should be provided by the clinician with no specific color requirement. Unit-specific orientation will be conducted for one week.
