qualifications will not be considered. This pivotal role requires a
seasoned Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee pharmacy
operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and
compliance with all regulatory standards. The successful candidate
will drive the pharmacy's growth strategies, manage the pharmacy
team effectively, and uphold financial stability. Located in Cedar
Rapids, IA, this position offers a day shift schedule with an
expectation of providing 24-hour guidance to staff and pharmacy
services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain adequate staffing levels
to support scheduled hours of operation. Perform pharmacy personnel
duties as needed to ensure seamless operation. Oversee the
dispensing of pharmaceutical products, ancillary supplies, and
equipment. Ensure strict compliance with all policies, procedures,
state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. Assist
in developing, reviewing, and revising pharmacy policies and
procedures. Lead orientation and training initiatives for pharmacy
staff. Participate in on-site inspections, survey readiness, and
accreditation processes. Communicate effectively with team members
and stakeholders, involving prolonged periods of desk work and
computer use, along with occasional physical tasks such as lifting
and standing. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor
of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school. Active
Iowa Pharmacist License; additional state licenses may be required.
Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical pharmacy experience.
Demonstrated home infusion experience. At least 2 years of recent
clinical pharmacy management experience. Familiarity with CPR
software is preferred. This contract-to-hire opportunity includes
