Board-Certified PM&R Physician Needed ??? Weekday Coverage
We are seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (PM&R) for a locum
tenens opportunity near Iowa City, Iowa, providing inpatient
rehabilitation coverage during vacation periods. This role offers a
structured weekday schedule in a collaborative hospital
environment. Position Details Schedule: Monday???Friday, 8:00
AM???5:00 PM Lunch: One-hour unpaid break Coverage Type: Vacation
coverage On-Call: Weekday call responsibilities to be determined
Compensation: Daily rate Key Responsibilities Manage an inpatient
caseload of approximately 18 patients per day Conduct daily patient
rounds Participate in care conferences twice weekly Collaborate
with a hospitalist team for medical management Work alongside two
Nurse Practitioners providing clinical support Qualifications Board
Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required Active
Iowa medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) LOQ must
be submitted during name clearance Clean malpractice history and no
background issues required Additional Information Emergency or
temporary privileges not available Credentialing timeframe:
Approximately 30???60 days EMR: Cerner This opportunity is ideal
