Job Description:

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our network of dialysis clinics and outpatient centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier nursing care to patients with kidney diseases and related conditions in an acute care setting. This role demands a compassionate individual who is proficient in managing emergency and planned dialysis treatments, adjusting as necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of patients. Working with a multidisciplinary team, the RN will implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Administer dialysis treatments to patients with acute or chronic kidney failure. Assess patients' condition before, during, and after treatment. Monitor and adjust fluid removal rates as needed. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease management. Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop individual care plans for patients. Ensure adherence to all facility and regulatory guidelines. Document and maintain accurate patient records. Ability to operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of practice. Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
