Physician in Iowa - Weekend Only, Light Volume Cardiothoracic
Surgery Physician locums opportunity in Iowa in Cedar Rapids,
offering weekend-only call coverage with manageable case volume.
Highlights: Weekend only call coverage Light volume, 2 to 6 cases
per weekend Full or half weekend options Ongoing recurring coverage
Practice Setting: Inpatient Level III hospital Adult-only patient
population Established cardiothoracic program Full cardiovascular
surgical support onsite Schedule: 1 to 2 weekends per month Typical
coverage Friday evening through Monday morning Additional holiday
and vacation weekends available Consistent weekend blocks
throughout the year Cases and Procedures: Full scope cardiothoracic
and cardiovascular surgery Open heart and pacemaker procedures Mix
of operative cases and consultative call Approximately 150 heart
cases annually Requirements: Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery
Physician Active Iowa license or IMLC in hand Current ACLS, BLS,
