Our nurses are highly trained to care for patients across the lifespan. In the Emergency Department, they expertly perform bedside procedures, utilize critical trauma and medical equipment, and manage continuous bedside monitoring in most patient rooms to ensure accurate, real-time assessment. ED nurses also administer vasoactive medications to support blood pressure and provide sedation for ventilated patients.With Rock Island serving as a Level II Trauma Center and Bettendorf as a Level IV Trauma Center, you'll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of trauma acuity and complex cases.We're committed to your success.
