In this member-oriented role you will take incoming phone calls from customers to answer questions about your products and their your contracts while providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to provide consistent and helpful customer service on every call. Ideal candidates will be good listeners, problem solvers, and proficient with computer programs (Word, Excel) and strong Internet and email skills.
