Job Description:

Join Cerebral Staffing LLC as a full-time HR Coordinator on-site at John Deere in Moline, IL. Qualified candidates must have HR experience, strong computer skills, a BA Degree, and prior experience using SharePoint and MS Office.

Hours: Full-time, M-F- 8:00-4:30

Hourly Rate of Pay: 20.50

6-Month Contract with Possible Extension!

Perform HR Duties in support of enterprise wide talent acquisition. Including, but not limited to:

• Requisition Prep
• Pre-Screen Question Input
• Role Posting
• Decision Analysis Support
• Diversity Monitoring / Reporting
• HackerRank Assessment (technical assessment administration and support)
• Deemed Export (Sponsorship Candidates)
• Dispositioning / Audit Cleanup
• On boarding
• Rotation planning
• Recruiting event support and planning
• Compliance monitoring
• System updates
• Misc duties as needed
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Previous HR Experience required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated Organizational skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Sharepoint
  • Technical aptitude a plus
  • Work times will generally be 8 - 4:30 but can be flexible with starting time. Position will be remote until COVID restrictions lift and at that point will be at John Deere Headquarters, Moline.
