Volt is immediately hiring a Scrum Master for a project at John Deere.Job Description:MAJOR DUTIES:

• Responsible for teaching, coaching and enforcing the values and principles of Agile, while promoting
• Self-organization and constantly improving our standards of work.
• Collaborates with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to identify trends.
• Facilitates process to decide which stories will be included in each sprint through understanding.
• Helps team members prioritize order of user stories they will execute against the product commitments.
• Ensures planning of go-live and deployment activities and facilitates their execution.
• Facilitates and/or supports Agile framework ceremonies for Scrum teams.TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Must have 3-5 years' experience as a Scrum Master - MUST HAVE
  • Experience with Agile coaching skills - MUST HAVE
  • Experience with working with Product Teams - MUST HAVE
  • Experience with Cloud/AWS - MUST HAVE
  • Understanding of Agile development processes and methodologies/tools - MUST HAVE
  • Software development processes experience. 3 5 years
  • Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience. 3 5 years
  • Experience supporting more than one team (Highly Preferred)
  • Experience with FinOps Highly Preferred
