We are looking for Incident Manager for an immediate need. This
is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular
interactions with various client managers.
- Good understanding of ITIL V3 / 2011 framework
- Good Knowledge in Infrastrcuture services
- to have a reasonable understanding of principles
- to have practical experience of continuous improvement methods
- to have a good understanding of statistical and analytical
principles and processes
to have a good understanding of available and emerging IT
