POSITION SUMMARY: Client Service Associate (CSA) - The CSA performs administrative and back-office support activities for firm. Attentively handles important tasks such as managing new client account set-up and rollovers, communicating with clients and appointment scheduling, paperwork processing, office obligations, and fielding telephone calls and emails. Extensive computer and software skills are required. The CSA will assist with advertising and marketing efforts of the firm, client and prospect communication campaigns, social media, and client related events. Will make phone calls daily in outreach campaigns and take pride in understanding clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.   • Help Advisor run and manage the "ideal week." Assist with Advisor schedule blocking out time for everything including personal, professional, busy time, etc. Increase our Revenue by keeping Advisors busy by meeting with clients and prospects.
  • Do the paperwork. Lead the initiative to move to a paperless environment- so there is no paperwork, literally.
  • Can communicate to our customers in a friendly and service-oriented approach and wants to help clients and people retire financially well.
  • Help us build the Retirement Plan Team brand and share our vision and mission statements to clients and prospects. Manage marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Enjoys calling clients and prospects to check-in and say hi, schedule meetings, on birthdays, for updates, etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

      • Provide account information to clients and financial advisers.
      • Process paperwork and submit electronically to broker/dealer.
      • Provide superior customer service and ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Prepare reports, marketing materials, and paperwork for client meetings.
      • Manage calendars and scheduling.
      • Complete calls to clients and prospects to schedule meetings.
      • Coordinate marketing events such as seminars and vendor meetings.
      • Other job duties as assigned, SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
        • Life Insurance Licensing and/or FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, 66 and/or 65 is recommended for advancement. PHYSICAL DEMANDS, REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
          • This role is a mixture of working at the office and -work-from-home. Infrequent travel in the local area is required. The CSA is responsible to independently obtain the necessary equipment and services to perform this role. This includes a quiet and dedicated professional work area at home.

          • Regularly required to talk or listen.
          • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
          • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
