As a seasoned technology professional and expert, you will create designs and architectural work products that directly enable implementation and delivery.Additional responsibilities are:

  • Technology leader, providing technical design assistance, guidance, and governance for Developer Experience products
  • Architecting key technology stack changes that underpin the Developer Experience product family such as GitHub, Artifactory, GitHub Actions, Drone, Mend and Kubernetes (AWS, Azure, Rancher)
  • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge across several product families, and create architectures and designs crossing multiple product familiesVISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this positionWhat Skills You Need
    • Experience using architecture principles and practices when making decisions and creating/designing solutions and associated work products
    • Critical thinking skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to model and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal communication
    • Experience as an engineer writing code for various applications
    • Experience using DevOps or eXtreme Programming practices as part of development
    • Experience using cloud solution providers (like AWS, Azure, etc) to host your application and services
    • Experience working with a community of software engineersWhat Makes You Stand Out
      • Experience with several different DevOps type of tooling (Ex: Github & Github Actions, Drone, ArgoCD, Docker, Terraform, Puppet, Mend, Artifactory, Sonar, Linting Tools, etc.)
      • Experience with several different languages (Ex: Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Scala, etc)
      • Experience with using containers for orchestration of servers (Ex: Docker, ECS/K8s, etc)
      • Creating solutions that give visibility to a development teams open-source utilization and vulnerabilities
      • Experience with contributing to open-source platforms/tools
      • Experience leading vendor and partner selections; demonstrated understanding of the complexities and compatibility constraints of introducing a new tool or partner to the current technology ecosystemEducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
