The Intact Program serves families involved with the Illinois Department of Children & Families due to reports of abuse or neglect. The position is based in Moline, but will serve Rock Island, Henry, and Mercer counties in Illinois. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours and conduct home visits at times conducive to client schedules, including some evenings and weekends. Applicants must be able to respond effectively to crisis, work collaboratively with other service providers, build rapport with clients, and provide strength-based services to a diverse population.Applicants must be able to work independently as well as in a team context, and adhere to agency and DCFS policies.
