Description:Manage online new member applications, ensuring all new and in-process applications are managed efficiently and accurately. Day by day:- Ensure documentation, verifications, and all necessary paperwork is completed before sending to sales department for onboarding.- Manage issues with the NMA vendor, and ensure systems are up to date.- Follow up via phone/email with prospective members unable to open new memberships and provide any required documentation/notifications- Contact prospective members when unable to open new memberships and provide any required documentation- Tracks prospective members who do not respond regarding missing documentation and closes out applications within required timeframe- Create monthly New Member Report for the Services Committee About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
