A company is looking for an Event Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external
events
Manage all logistical elements including budgeting, registration,
and on-site execution
Serve as the liaison with conference organizers, vendors, and
internal teams
Required Qualifications
Experience in event planning and coordination
Knowledge of budgeting and logistical management
Familiarity with D&I programming and tech event planning
Ability to develop project plans and timelines
Experience in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
