This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with ours client companies. HR Coordinator Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a HR Coordinator will include:

  • Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities.
  • Performs one of more of the following duties such as Performance Management Advisor, non-exempt interviewing, conducts new employee orientation or other basic training, functioning as Human Resource Vision Coordinator or coordinating employee relations events.
  • Assists in routine staffing activities such as screening resumes, phone screens, scheduling of various phases of hiring process including testing and interviews, tracking relevant data, and other such staffing activities. Coordinates scheduling of training classes, invitations to attendees, tracking and reporting of training hours and required courses, and other such training related activities.
  • Assists employees with daily issues such as answering general questions and helping with forms and processes.
  • Maintains confidential data and is able to distinguish when and to whom it can be released.
  • Prepares management reports.
  • Utilizes Human Resource tools such as SAP and Business Objects to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information. ? HR Coordinator Job Requirements As a HR Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid MS Office Skills
    • Excel (intermediate), Outlook, Word Prior administrative experience
    • Detail oriented
    • Quick learner
    • Solid customer service skills
    • ability to work extended hours if needed during peak seasons (typically fall months)
    • HR Coordinator is responsible for the day to day administrative support to the College Recruiting Organization.
    • Core duties will including annual intern files
    • Supporting event material ordering needs
    • Inventory and coordination of recruiting shirts needs for both Campus and Professional Org events; daily viewing of recruiting shared email box and responding/directing inquiries appropriately
    • Assisting with requisition prep needs within the system, supporting varied department projects and needs; Exposure to HR is ideal, must have solid administrative/coordination skills
    • Working in Excel (reports), Outlook, Success Factors, and Share Point, ability to work extended hours during peak recruiting times.
