Job Description:

Location: Moline, IL Description: Primarily handles tactical aspects of Human Resources processes but also provides some higher-level support. This is a specialized administrative role in the Human Resources functional area performing other duties such as Performance Management Advisor, non-exempt interviewing, conducting basic training programs or coordinating employee relations events. Duties: Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities. Performs one of more of the following duties such as Performance Management Advisor, non-exempt interviewing, conducts new employee orientation or other basic training, functioning as Human Resource Vision Coordinator or coordinating employee relations events. Assists in routine staffing activities such as screening resumes, phone screens, scheduling of various phases of hiring process including testing and interviews, tracking relevant data, and other such staffing activities. Coordinates scheduling of training classes, invitations to attendees, tracking and reporting of training hours and required courses, and other such training related activities. Assists employees with daily issues such as answering general questions and helping with forms and processes. Maintains confidential data and is able to distinguish when and to whom it can be released. Prepares management reports. Utilizes Human Resource tools such as SAP and Business Objects to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information. Specific Position Requirements: As an HR Coordinator, you will have combined duties supporting various areas within our HR Shared Services team, which may include our client Direct Call Center, Pre-Employment Services, Interview Logistics and Process support. Job Responsibilities: - Handle employee/retiree telephone and email inquiries regarding benefit eligibility, HR processes and coverage/transaction information while documenting these inquiries and resolutions. - Serves as point of contact to our customers who may include, active/inactive, employees, retirees and their families, suppliers, internal/external candidates, and HR, and research, resolve and respond to their inquiries. - Handle administration tasks in our Interview Scheduling team, such as interview scheduling, logistics, providing interview supporting documents to stakeholders. - Handle administrative tasks for Pre-Employment Services such as using a standard template to create employment offer letters, initiating drug screen and background checks and validation of results for new hires. - Perform various HR supporting tasks, i.e., process employee human resources transactions, tracking/extracting data from various HR tools and applications. - Maintain confidential data and know when and to whom it can be released. - Manage multiple tasks/caseloads simultaneously and working to resolution in a timely manner. - Work with team members to resolve difficult inquiries. Skills: - Excellent listening and communication skills (written/verbal). - Demonstrated ability to give high priority to customer satisfaction. - Experience working with confidential information - Experience working with high level of attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook calendar & email, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software - Experience prioritizing routine and non-routine items and understanding when to escalate - Experience performing a wide variety of tasks and changing focus quickly and adapt to varying customer needs Candidate Stand Out: - Experience working in a Call Center position - Human Resources environment experience - Experience in SAP-HR - Experience working with Success Factors - Experience working with HR Connect and/or other internal company HR systems Education: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, degree in Business/Management/Human Resources/Communication discipline preferred
