requirements.** Digital Media Specialist Start Time: 8:00 AM Hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm Location: 100% remote based - US based candidates
only!!! This is a six-month contract. Description/Comment: Content
Designer / UX We are looking for a digitally astute content
designer to join our dynamic digital customer relationship team.
You will be part of a talented team responsible for the
maintenance, growth and satisfaction of our web properties. The
content designer will use strong analytical skills and content
design principles to ensure both user goals and business objectives
are met. You will be an unrelenting advocate for creating
user-centered experiences while balancing business and user needs.
What do you get to do in this position? --- Work with
cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into
human-centered digital experiences. --- Create information
architecture frameworks, high-level wireframes, taxonomies and user
journey maps to illustrate innovative approaches and production
ready solutions. --- Perform heuristic evaluations, content audits,
or competitive analyses of existing content experiences to identify
areas of potential improvement. --- Create journey maps and adapt
content to different user segments and intents. --- Help develop
content strategy, content design and wider UX strategy. --- Work
with SEO lead to drive traffic and engagement and meet SEO KPIs.
--- Develop user stories and use them effectively in business cases
to communicate new features or experiences. --- Attend global web
presentations to deploy global content, work with local teams to
localize updates. --- Interpret both qualitative and quantitative
data and use it to make sound, data-driven decisions. --- Create
content that follows all guidelines, including UX, SEO,
accessibility, design system, localization, and legal. --- Monitor
net satisfaction score and work with internal teams to achieve web
satisfaction improvements. --- Meet regularly with internal
stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve web metrics and
conversion through content creation and UX improvements. ---
Support customer research and multivariate testing to make
data-driven recommendations for improving web experience. --- Other
duties as assigned. Qualifications --- 3 years of content strategy,
content design, UX design, UX writing, or similar experience. ---
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, design,
or related field. --- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem and
strategies. --- Understanding of design principles and how content
fits into overall user experience, with proven ability to map
content to user intent and adapt UX end-to-end processes to the
needs of a given project. --- Excellent writing, editing, and
proofreading skills. --- Knowledge of multivariate testing, user
testing, and analytics. --- Experience working with web content
management systems. --- Excellent research, analytical and
problem-solving skills. --- Excellent written and spoken English,
knowledge of French a plus. --- Ability to present ideas succinctly
and clearly and to communicate with and influence at all levels.

ambiguous, fast-paced environment.Job
