Your duties will include: -Conducting UX research for Supply Management/Logistics systemsConducting UX research with Supply Management and Logistics employees and stakeholdersWorking with UX designers to implement solutions to concerns uncovered in researchCreating research reports, user journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to help deepen the organizational understanding of our usersWorking with designers and software engineers to prototype and evaluate alternate solutionsWhat Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences) -5 or more years of professional experience in UX research5 or more years of experience using a variety of research tools and methodology3 or more years of work experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment4 or more years of experience working in a team environmentEffective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExperience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutionsWhat Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences) - - ----Knowledge of Supply Management and Logistics, processes, challenges and needsKnowledge of statistics and research study designExperience in design thinking4 or more years of varied UX design experience (e.g. creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and specifications)Education Details -Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Research, or equivalent experience -What You ll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
