Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position -This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present -time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation -purposes and remains subject to change. -Your Responsibilities -As a Business Analyst, Connected Support for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, -IL, you will: -

  • Collaborate with Enterprise team to execute on Dealer Machine Monitoring growth plans
  • Create and maintain project documentation -
  • Provide direct dealer support of our Machine Monitoring initiatives - -VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this -positionWhat Skills You Need -
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. - -
    • Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills. - -
    • Experience engaging and inspiring teams to drive for sustainable results. -
    • Understanding of dealer channel service operations and customer support processes -
