CNC Field Maintenance TechnicianOur CNC Field Maintenance Technicians contribute to Productivity's success by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. The customers we serve rely on the Productivity Service team to repair, inspect, and troubleshoot their metal manufacturing equipment.$30 - $40/hour - plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviewsFull-time - 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM - occasional overtimeExcellent Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Effective Day 1 of Employment401k with MatchGenerous Paid Time Off - Holidays, Personal & VacationIf you have formal electrical / industrial maintenance training, we can train on maintenance of CNC equipmentCNC Field Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesInstall new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations in IowaTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issuesIdentify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustmentsRead and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manualsCNC Field Maintenance Technician RequirementsProven experience in an industrial maintenance role - experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsFormal training in electrical systems - mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenanceComfortable working alone and with peersStrong customer service skillsValid driver's license and good driving recordMonday - Friday - Occasional overtime - Some overnight travel (4-6 nights/month on average)Why this role?Dispatched from your homeLots of support in the field.
