Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an independent freight agency

operations
Collaborate with a dedicated support team to enhance operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in freight brokering or freight sales
Possession of a current book of business with active shipping
customers
Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth
Willingness to engage with provided training and support
