This role supports the emotional and psychosocial well-being of our residents by providing individual counseling, facilitating group therapy sessions, and offering family counseling services.Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one therapeutic sessions with residents.Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support residents’ overall care plans.Provide counseling and support to families navigating long-term care decisions.Develop and lead multiple group therapy programs tailored to residents’ needs.Collaborate with our Nursing Team and Physician to maintain best outcomes.Proficiently chart and document sessions and services provided.
