We’re hiring a Civil Engineer with experience in grading, drainage, and foundation design who can also perform basic structural calculations for metal buildings and foundations. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants hands-on design responsibility, steady project flow, and direct collaboration with builders — not endless redlines or siloed consulting work. Position Overview You’ll be responsible for preparing civil site plans and foundation designs for commercial and residential projects across Arizona. This role blends civil engineering with practical structural support and plays a direct role in moving projects from concept through permit and construction. Important: This is an in-office position in Peoria, AZ . Candidates must currently reside in Arizona and hold an active Arizona PE license .
